How do I order a custom item?
Use Custom Orders to send your request. To attach a photo, choose Upload a Photo in the menu; it opens an email addressed to us. Custom designs are the same price as our standard designs.
What are the shipping costs?
Orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage.
Can I use my own photos?
Yes! Choose Upload a Photo in the menu, attach your photo, and tell us about your chosen product. We’ll confirm details before we create it.
How long does it take to receive?
Ready-to-buy and custom orders ship in less than 3 business days.
Are the colors accurate?
Colors can vary slightly from screen to finished product.
